The Tacoma Rainiers administrative offices were occupying prime real estate behind Cheney Stadium’s home plate, and the organization wanted to increase revenue by re-envisioning the office spaces as rentable party suites. The challenge: the Rainiers wanted the space to also maintain its original function as administrative offices, on a conservative budget, under a tight timeline.
